We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (currently we only do not ship to Australia (see more details below)).

We offer a variety of shipping methods whether you are in the UK or are an International customer, so that you can arrange a shipping method which is most suitable to your needs.

United Kingdom (excluding Highlands & Islands)

Standard Delivery: £3.50
Your order will be delivered by courier and should arrive with you in 1 - 3 days. You will receive a tracking number and full tracking details.

Next Day Delivery: £6.50
Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery (8am - 7pm), a signature will be required. There is an area on checkout to give any delivery instructions, such as "ok to leave with a neighbour". You will receive a tracking number and full tracking details.

Saturday Delivery: £14.95
You can place an order throughout the week and up until 1pm Friday for the following Saturday guaranteed delivery. You will receive full tracking details.

Free Delivery on orders over £50
We offer Free Delivery on orders over £50, this will be on our normal 1 - 7 day service

Highlands & Islands

Because of the increased costs of delivering in these areas, we offer a weight based RoyalMail rate as well as a courier rate. The RoyalMail price is normally more appropiate for smaller orders, whilst the courier rate, with its fixed costs are normally more appropiate for larger orders.

Europe

We have a variety of options to offer affordable postage. We have a RoyalMail based rate, which is based upon the weight of the parcel, or we offer fixed price courier rates for larger orders. We also offer Free Delivery to several European countries for order values detailed below.

Maximum Delivery Price: £20 - Free Delivery on orders over £150

Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Portugal

Maximum Delivery Price: £30 - Free Delivery on orders over £300

USA & Canada

We offer normal weight based postage rates for smaller orders, so that you can benefit from buying a few remedies direct from the UK. We also offer a fixed price option for affordability on larger orders. This will be shipped with Parcelforce.

China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Phillipines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand

We offer weight based delivery by standard post, so that you can take advantage of the great prices, increased range and authenticity by buying direct for smaller orders, but we also offer some excellent courier rates for larger orders, so that buying larger orders is affordable and cost effective. For example a 10Kg parcel to this area will be £52 and a 30Kg parcel £97

All other countries

We deliver to every country in the world except Australia, where we are unable to ensure safe passage through customs and therefore have decided to no longer deliver to. We apologise to your Australian customs, however we hope you will understand the reasoning due to the strictness of Australian customs.
