Cancellations & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our website provides indepth details about all of our products and services and you are welcome to visit our shop in Surrey at anytime to inspect the different goods and services which we provide.

We keep you fully updated by email (or you can login to your account at www.bachshop.com for latest status updates) of your order process.

After placing your order at www.bachshop.com you can cancel your order and receive a full refund if your Order Status is in the "Payment Received" state.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Procedure
Simply login to your account, view the orders, using "Current Orders" link under the My account menu and send a secure message to us using the button. We'll notify you via email of your cancellation.

Cancellation Conditions
Please note that if you have ordered personalised products, once your item has gone to processing we may not be able to cancel your order as your personalised product has been made.

The right of cancellation shall not apply to business or corporate purchasers who must have a lawful reason for cancellation.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, any sum(s) debited from your credit card will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Returns Policy

Returns Procedure
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns Conditions
You may return most new, unopened items (including any hygiene and authenticity seals) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the price of the goods. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and original postage fees. If you received free delivery, the actual delivery cost paid by BachShop will be deducted from any refund to be made. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will pay the return fees or arrange collection on your behalf. Please note that personalised products (those which you have had created from our personalised range cannot be returned).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Cancellation by bachshop

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered, if this is the case we will advise you of delivery times or offer an alternative, if this is not acceptable the order for this product will be cancelled.

We do not or are unable to deliver to your area.

A product you have purchased has an incorrect price or typographical area.

If we do cancel your order we will refund your credit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
